UD Residence
UD Residence is centrally located in the city, so if you are looking for a cheap hotel for a couple of nights, then it's ok. In addition, there are not many stars for the hotel. Only a few of the rooms have something resembling a balcony, either facing the street, or to the rear. There is no possibility of breakfast, but directly opposite is The Good Corner, a Danish restaurant.

The room had both a TV and a small fridge.

The balcony was clearly what pulled down. Only the rooms at the end of the building had a balcony, albeit it is the smallest I have seen to date. It was also not a place the cleaning staff spent the time, for it was full of bird feathers, and was clearly not cleaned in recent times.

The hotel is built on a very narrow plot, which was the reason for the missing balconies. There was room for a few cars down in front of the hotel, not very many when you consider that many guests come driving themselves.
